In this episode, Cooper and Mary discuss how traditional leadership qualities from the '50s have evolved and transformed over the decades, especially during these past two years of working from home. 

We discuss why certain behaviors are dead and should stay buried and which leadership traits have replaced them. Reflecting back on how society and corporate cultures view traditional leaders, traits such as confidence, decisive, risk-taking, competitive, and assertive, are attributed as masculine. While traits such as empathy, patience, and intuition are typically seen as secondary leadership traits and more feminine in nature.
 
So is traditional leadership dead? Or should we redefine what it means?
