Since the start of her career, Illeana’s experiences have been punctuated by two key themes: client and crew leadership. She is a highly engaged business leader that has consistently demonstrated strong communication skills, relationship management, and strategic thinking to positively influence our clients and crew.
She’s been a leader in five divisions, both in general manager and project manager capacities, serving internal and external clients. In addition, throughout her leadership in HOLA, Vanguard's Latino/Hispanic Crew Resource Group, she has been able to act on her passion for attracting diverse people to her firm.
