Angie started in the entrepreneurial space and when an opportunity came her way from a friend, she pivoted into the corporate world. When a former colleague reached out about a new role in an industry she never considered, she took on the new challenge with full determination to learn and thrive in her new role.
As a new front-line leader, she felt welcomed and appreciated. The company’s culture provided a positive work environment and stressed a healthy work/life balance.
While Angie had mentors to help her acclimate to a new industry,
she also became a mentor and focused on these areas to help others
move up in their careers.
1) Credentialing
2) Making connections
3) Connecting change down to the personal level
4) Emotional Intelligence
She shares these thoughts as well as her passion to help others outside the industry with Wreaths Across America, an organization she and her family have been supporting for many years.
Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies at more than 2,500 locations across the United States, at sea, and abroad. Visit https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/ to learn more.
