Jordan shares how her mentors are a huge part of her success. She recalls her very first day on the job, when her manager asked her if she knew the difference between an exchange traded fund and a mutual fund. She laughed and told him, "I don't even know anyone that could tell you the difference between those two things." He sat down with her and showed her the difference between an equity and a bond, all the way to how Japanese candlestick charting worked.
