When we’re at our lowest, too often we stew in our own negative internal thoughts, thinking that we’ll never get any further. Bonnie believes that’s when we need to put on blinders and do three things that move us into a positive mindset: listen to positive podcasts (like Sweet but Fearless!), write down 3 things you’re grateful for, and do something nice for someone else.

It’s about self-talk resilience. Doing something every day to move you towards achieving your goals. Her advice - look where you want to be in 1-2 years and start acting like you’re already there.

With 30 years of business experience, she is a professed workaholic who knows the sacrifices it takes to be successful and with her first book, “The World According to Bess,” she takes a fun, inside look at what she has learned from the wisdom of her mom.
