The pandemic forced many of us to work in a different manner. We didn’t expect it…. But we did it. We were nimble, we were adaptive, and somehow, we moved into this new way of doing business as a matter of necessity. It wasn’t planned… it was simply done. We wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of those leadership skills that we used to succeed and talk about how we may have had to adjust and enhance some of those skills to be successful in this new world.
