Lean-Agile Coach for Banco Itau, Jennifer Sousa Freitas. Her sage
advice of never letting anyone, including your inner voice, tell
you want you can’t or can do comes straight from the heart. As a
young girl growing up in Brazil, she was told that “computers are
not for girls.” Focusing on what she liked, she discovered her
reason and learned that computers (and STEM) are for everyone. It’s
all about self-knowledge. You have to listen and pay attention to
what you like and what you’re good at. Doing that and you will find
that thing that “shines your eyes.”
